HISTORIC ACCOUNTS  -  THE NASHVILLE CITY CEMETERY
ARTICLES ABOUT INDIVIDUALS

Note: These articles have been added to the tombstone inscription pages for those with readable tombstones during the 2005 survey. In some instances, where the tombstone is not available, links are made to the obituary listing for the appropriate year.

In the future replacement markers might be placed for some of these people now without original tombstones. Lipscomb Norvell's box tomb top slab will be re-inscribed in the spring of 2010. David Shelby's information is currently listed on the Shelby Vault owned by his son Dr. John Shelby.
