Support the Nashville City Cemetery
Opened in 1822, the City Cemetery is the oldest continuously operated public cemetery in Nashville. A walk through the cemetery is truly a walk through Nashville’s history. The gravestones tell the stories of individuals and families from the 1820s to the present day.
One-time donations to the Nashville City Cemetery help us preserve one of the city’s most treasured historic sites. Your support directly contributes to the maintenance of the grounds, restoration of aging monuments, and educational programming that keeps the stories of Nashville’s past alive for future generations.
Every gift—no matter the size—makes a meaningful difference in our ability to honor and protect this sacred space.
If you’d like to support us more frequently and be part of our ongoing mission, consider becoming a member at the page above.
Please note: Any donations to the Nashville City Cemetery Association qualify as charitable contributions and are completely secure with Givebutter/Stripe.
