Military HistoryHenry Marlin was Private in the 4th Regiment West Tennessee Militia Infantry under Col. Robert Steele. This regiment was involved in the Creek War during 1814, acting as wagon guards from Fort Deposit and building boats to transport supplies down the Coosa River to Fort Williams.
