Aged 51 years 8 months 19 days.. This is also recorded on John Irwin. John Irwin started on Sept 18, for Philadelphia to attend the lectures, and for further instruction in the art of medicine. Dr John Irwin, who died Jan 14, 1855, at 53 years, 1 month and 26 days, was the son of David and Mary Irwin, buried in City Cemetery.
