The Monumental Slab Resting over the remains of the late Josiah Nichol was placed here by an affectionate Family in memory of one who adorned all the relations of social life. He was a kind husband & tender parent a generous friend and an indulgent master The deceased sunk into the grave a victim to the Cholera on Friday the 31st day of May 1833 in the 62nd Year of his Age.
