1909 List: Probart, William 28 NE Lot 6 Lot Owner Wm. H. Bedford Note: This is in error. 2005 Survey located Probart�s tombstone in Section 28.2 (Section 28 NE). In 1909 List, Foster Sayrs and Miss P. Foster were correctly listed in 28 NE Lot 87.

1908 Survey: �William Probart died 1819�
1971 & 2005 Survey: �William Probart died 16th Dec. 1849�
After Restoration 2009: Inscription legible with death date �1819�

In 2005 Survey, there were only three tombstones in Section 28.2: Miss Parnel Johnson died 1820, Foster Sayrs died 1820 and Wm. Y. Probart died 1819. The remains of these three people were re-interred in the City Cemetery after the cemetery opened in 1822.
