“A paper writing purporting to be an exemplified copy of the last will and testament and of the probate of thereof Wm. H. H. Bedford dec’d was produced in open court & ordered recorded whereupon Wm. H. Bedford in open Court here gave bond as Administrator with the will annexed of the said estate in the sum of twenty thousand dollars with W.B. Lewis and Thos. Wills his securities which said bond is given and accepted by the Court in lieu of a former bond given by said Bedford as admin’r of said Estate. Ordered that letters of administration with the will be issued to him. (U.S. Revenue having been heretofore paid.
